Due to a lack of head greenkeepers, you are looking for solutions temporarily or long term.

I support you e.g. as a cooperating supervisor, replacement for the Head Greenkeeper, incorporation of an Assistant Head Greenkeeper in the Head Greenkeeper position, or in the organization and planning of the Greenkeeping, the machinery and the workshop.
